JOB OVERVIEW

-Responsible for expanding RNS.ID’s partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem, including public chains, exchanges, wallets, DeFi, NFTs, payments, social platforms, and related projects.
-Develop and execute partnership plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals, driving the adoption of digital identity (DID, Palau ID, LDID) in various Web3 application scenarios.
-Build and maintain partnerships with KOLs, communities, and media to enhance RNS.ID’s brand exposure and influence in both domestic and overseas markets.
-Participate in industry conferences, AMAs, hackathons, and collaborative events to expand potential customer and partner resources.
-Lead the full process of business negotiations, contract signing, and implementation of partnerships.
-Regularly deliver market and competitor analysis reports to identify new collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree or above; proficient in English as a working language with strong Chinese and English writing skills.
-3+ years of BD experience in the Web3 industry; familiar with public chain ecosystems, exchanges, cross-chain bridges, wallets, identity verification, or payment-related projects. Proven successful partnership cases preferred.
-Understanding of DID, zero-knowledge proofs, compliance identity, and ability to quickly adapt these concepts into business communication.
-Well-connected with industry resources (projects, KOLs, communities, VCs, media) to accelerate partnership development.
-Strong negotiation, cross-team collaboration, and results-oriented mindset.
-Willingness to travel and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
-Work experience in reputable exchanges, wallets, DeFi protocols, or identity/payment projects.
-Overseas BD experience (Southeast Asia, Europe & US, Middle East).
-Experience in community growth or marketing.
