We are a newly start up social media agency, helping real estate agency with their sales

Business Development Manager — Job Scope

Only looking for female Business development manager

1. New Client Acquisition

* Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
* Prospect through calls, WhatsApp, email, networking and referrals.
* Arrange appointments and sales presentations.
* Understand clients’ marketing needs and recommend suitable agency packages.
* Prepare proposals and quotations.
* Follow up leads and close new accounts.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Develop strategies to generate recurring agency revenue.
* Upsell existing clients into additional services such as Meta Ads, video production, social media management and lead generation.

3. Client Relationship Management

* Act as the main commercial contact for clients.
* Conduct regular client check-ins.
* Understand client objectives, expectations and concerns.
* Maintain strong relationships to improve retention and renewals.
* Identify opportunities for referrals and testimonials.

4. Coordinate With the Operations Team

The BDM should sell and manage the relationship, while your specialists execute.


5. Reporting

* Maintain records of leads, meetings, proposals and closed deals.
* Track conversion rates and sales performance.
* Provide weekly updates on:
Leads ? Appointments ? Proposals ? Closed Clients ? Revenue
* Collect client feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Requirement

Speak good english
Service and task oriented
Knows how to do leads generation and have experience working with social media agency before
