Position: Business Development Manager (Remote)

On Target Earnings: AUD $1852.15 Per Month/PHP 76,817 Per Month (Base Salary + Leave Budget + Commission)
Base Salary: AUD $8 Per Hour/PHP 330 Per Hour, 8 Hours Per Day, 5 Days Per Week
Leave: 20 Paid Leave Days Per Year/7.69% Weekly Leave Budget
Commision: AUD $360 Per Month/PHP 15,000 Per Month, 2% Revenue Commissions from Approx 2x Deals Per Month worth AUD $9,000 Each
Employment Status: Hired as independent contractor
Work Setup: Remote/Home-based office required (laptop/PC, headset, reliable internet, and backup generator)

About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our remote team. You'll be responsible to work for us and our clients to generate leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments. Ideal candidates will have strong B2B cold calling,
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound B2B cold calls
Engage prospects via
Create and manage targeted prospect lists
Qualify leads and book appointments
Maintain accurate call and lead records
Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
Manage existing client relationships
Collaborate closely with sales teams
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven B2B cold calling experience
Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
Proven sales track record
Resilience and motivation in the face of rejection
Flexibility to work day/evening shifts
