Business Development Manager – Recruitment
We’re looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our recruitment practice by building strong, long-term client partnerships.
In this role, you’ll work with leads and contact details we source and provide, taking ownership of outreach, discovery conversations, and guiding clients through a consultative recruitment process. The focus is on trust-building, understanding client needs, and closing agreements — not high-volume transactional sales.
You’ll collaborate closely with our recruiting team to ensure a smooth handoff once roles are secured and maintain ongoing client relationships over time.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Has experience in business development, sales, and knows about the recruitment industry
Is confident initiating conversations and building relationships from first contact
Takes a consultative, value-based approach to closing
Is comfortable managing their own outreach and pipeline
Prefers long-term partnerships over one-off transactions
This is a growth-oriented role with strong earning potential and the opportunity to make a real impact as we continue to scale. The role will start at approximately 8 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours and compensation as performance is proven.
