About the Role
CareWell Diagnostix is seeking a high-caliber Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth across several clinic locations. We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least a decade of experience in the healthcare sector to help manage our expanding corporate structure and strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the medical landscape, with a strong preference for those with specific experience in Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute plans to expand our footprint across our current locations, including Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, and Werribee.
Partnership Management: Liaise with stakeholders, including radiologists (like Dr. Sankar and potential new partners like Dr. Himanshu) and clinical staff.
Financial Coordination: Assist in managing high-level documentation for financing and company valuations.
Operational Oversight: Utilize project management tools to streamline communication between our administrative team and external partners.
Market Positioning: Create and implement marketing strategies and patient-facing materials to enhance our brand visibility.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Business Development or Senior Administration specifically within the Healthcare Industry.
Domain Expertise: Previous experience in a Radiology clinic or diagnostic imaging environment is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Psychology or Social Sciences backgrounds are also valued).
