JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing Australian disability support business looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to assist with lead generation, outreach and business development.

This will initially be a 2-week paid trial at 10 hours per week, with the opportunity for ongoing work for the right person.

Your responsibilities will include:
Researching potential referral partners, including Support Coordinators, Recovery Coaches and other disability-sector professionals
Finding relevant businesses and contacts through Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and online directories
Adding and maintaining leads in our CRM/spreadsheet
Sending approved introductory outreach messages
Personalising messages using the contact's name, organisation, role and location
Following up previous outreach according to our process
Monitoring relevant Facebook groups for potential opportunities
Identifying interested leads and handing them over to the business owner
Keeping accurate records of all outreach and responses
Providing a short weekly report on results
We're looking for someone who:
Has excellent written English
Has experience with lead generation or business development
Is confident researching businesses and decision-makers online
Has strong attention to detail
Can follow clear processes and instructions
Is organised and reliable
Understands the difference between quality outreach and spam
Is comfortable working independently
Communicates clearly when they are unsure about something

Experience working with Australian businesses, healthcare, disability services or the NDIS would be highly regarded, but is not required.

Hours

10 hours per week

Hours are reasonably flexible. This role is primarily results-focused rather than requiring you to be online for a specific 10-hour period.

Trial

We will initially be trialling candidates for 2 weeks.

Successful candidates will receive:

Clear written procedures
Outreach templates
Lead criteria
CRM template
Defined performance targets
Guidance on when leads should be handed over

We're interested in quality rather than simply sending as many messages as possible.

Performance will be assessed based on the quality of leads identified, accuracy of work, communication, positive responses and genuine business opportunities generated.

There is an opportunity for this to become a long-term position and potentially expand in hours and responsibilities as the business grows.
