About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, professional, and results-driven Business Development Executive with strong B2B sales and cold-calling experience. This is a client-facing role where you’ll act as a trusted extension of our clients’ teams—managing outreach, follow-ups, meetings, and sales operations while maintaining exceptional communication and organization.
You’ll work under our company and be assigned to a client, similar to a high-level executive or client success placement model. Candidates with prior Team Lead or Manager experience and strong executive presence are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Manage calendars, customer communications, and sales activities
Join and lead client-facing Zoom calls with confidence and professionalism
Conduct regular check-ins, provide updates, and lead business reviews
Sales & Outreach
Perform B2B outreach via cold calling,
Build rapport with prospects and customers on behalf of the client
Track leads, manage follow-ups, and book qualified appointments
Represent the client’s brand clearly and persuasively
Operations & Reporting
Prepare meetings, agendas, and post-call summaries
Maintain clean, accurate CRM records
Monitor KPIs and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
Follow internal SOPs for communication and execution
Presentations & Demos
Deliver polished Zoom presentations and client demos
Adapt messaging based on audience and decision-maker level
Support slide creation, talking points, and follow-ups
Ideal Candidate
Confident, polished communicator with strong executive presence
Proven success in cold calling, sales outreach, and relationship-building
Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts independently
Resilient, coachable, proactive, and accountable
Tech-savvy (CRM—GHL preferred, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom)
Prior Team Lead or Manager experience strongly preferred
Requirements
Near-native English fluency
3+ years in sales, business development, or client success
2+ years in a client-facing, presentation-heavy virtual role
2+ years in a Team Lead or Manager role
Comfortable handling 2–4 client accounts
Availability during U.S. business hours
Reliable high-speed internet, backup connection, and professional home office setup
Meets required PC, webcam, audio, and power backup specifications
Compensation & Benefits
PHP 60,000– PHP65,000/month starting salary (DOE)

Interview Process
Initial interview
Second interview with Fulfillment Manager
Mock Zoom Presentation (10 minutes) using a provided deck
Final Mock Zoom Presentation (10–15 minutes) using an actual client deck
Candidates must already be comfortable delivering professional Zoom presentations.
