Business Development Executive (Freelance Contract)
Remote (UK-Based) | Flexible working hours
Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team, specialising in property services including inventories, cleaning, EPCs, and floor plans.
This is a self-employed role open to candidates internationally. Successful candidates will operate as independent contractors and will be responsible for managing your own taxes within your country of residence.
This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are highly motivated by performance, flexibility, and the opportunity to build a strong recurring income stream.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactively generating new business opportunities within the property sector (estate agencies, landlords, property management companies & developers)
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships remotely
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals
- Delivering compelling sales pitches via phone, video, and
- Negotiating terms and securing long-term partnerships
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintaining accurate records of outreach activity and client interactions within our CRM system
- Adding and managing prospective clients within the CRM, including updating call notes, pipeline progress, and partnership status
- Growing a portfolio of clients that helps generate a consistent revenue stream
Earnings & Bonuses:
We pay competitive hourly rates and bonuses for signing up new clients.
If KPIs are achieved, yearly bonuses will range in the region of $1,200+
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1+ year of B2B sales experience
- Confident making outbound calls and building relationships with decision-makers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable managing your own pipeline and schedule in a fully remote environment
- Resilient, proactive, and results-focused approach to sales
- Experience using CRM systems or sales tracking tools
- Knowledge of the London property market or property services sector is highly desirable (but not essential)
