We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Consultant to support the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in client acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive measurable business growth. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across targeted industries and client segments.
Develop and execute strategies to expand client base, increase revenue, and strengthen market position.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms to maximize long-term value.
Track, measure, and report progress against business development goals and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Development Consultant, Manager, or similar client-facing role.
Strong track record of generating new business, closing deals, and exceeding sales/revenue targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively in identifying growth opportunities.
Experience in healthcare, technology, or senior services industries is a plus.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Established network of contacts in healthcare, technology, or related industries.
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and analytics tools.
Understanding of B2B and B2C sales strategies.
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive business cases.
