About The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our recruitment team. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with new clients across various sectors. Success in this role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry.

Your Main Assignment Responsibilities Will Include:
-Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online marketing, and referrals.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to reach key decision-makers within prospective client organizations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their recruitment needs, provide consultative solutions, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately forecast sales revenue and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements

Proposal Development & Presentation:
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our recruitment services.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams, including recruiters, account managers, and marketing, to ensure seamless client service and effective business development.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients. Ensure that all agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record of success in business development within the recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and various recruitment methodol
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
