About the Role
We are seeking a highly confident, relationship-driven, and proactive Growth & Client Relations Coordinator to support business growth through personalized outreach, lead nurturing, appointment setting, and pipeline management.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally enjoys connecting with people, building trust, starting conversations, and maintaining relationships. While this is not a high-pressure sales position, it does require strong sales instincts, business development experience, and the ability to confidently engage prospective clients and move opportunities forward.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent English communication skills (near-native fluency), strong emotional intelligence, and a professional presence that allows them to build credibility with business owners and decision-makers.
You will serve as an extension of the leadership team, helping ensure that every qualified opportunity receives consistent attention, thoughtful follow-up, and a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect Outreach & Relationship Building
• Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn,
• Initiate conversations and build genuine relationships with prospective clients.
• Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and strategic engagement.
• Re-engage inactive prospects and identify opportunities to restart conversations.
• Represent the company professionally while building trust and credibility.
Appointment Setting & Opportunity Management
• Schedule qualified Interest Meetings and Discovery Calls.
• Manage prospect communications before and after meetings.
• Confirm attendance and ensure prospects are properly prepared.
• Maintain
• Help move opportunities forward through proactive communication and follow-up.
CRM & Pipeline Management
• Maintain accurate and organized records within HubSpot CRM.
• Track lead status, communication history, follow-up tasks, and next actions.
• Monitor pipeline activity and identify opportunities requiring attention.
• Utilize CRM data to prioritize outreach efforts.
• Ensure no qualified opportunity falls through the cracks.
Prospect Research & Business Development Support
• Research target companies, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Identify qualified prospects through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Gather relevant information to improve outreach effectiveness.
• Support leadership with market intelligence and opportunity identification.
Meeting Preparation & Executive Support
• Prepare prospect summaries and meeting briefs.
• Coordinate scheduling logistics and supporting materials.
• Assist with post-meeting follow-up and relationship nurturing.
• Support leadership throughout the client acquisition process.
AI-Assisted Communication & Process Improvement
• Utilize ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to improve outreach efficiency.
• Draft personalized messages while maintaining authentic communication.
• Recommend process improvements that increase engagement and conversion rates.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems and productivity.

Work Schedule
Part-Time Position
• Up to 20 hours per week
• Compensation: $700 USD per month
Preferred Availability
• Available during U.S. Central Time business hours
• Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
• Split-shift availability preferred (morning and afternoon coverage)
