Business Development Representative
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to manage the front-end of our sales process. You won’t close deals, but you’ll ensure our sales team is set up for success by keeping the CRM accurate, generating quotes, and following up with leads.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update our CRM (HubSpot or similar) daily.
Track and follow up with leads from
Generate service quotes using partner portals (internet, VoIP, SaaS).
Schedule calls and appointments for senior consultants.
Keep the sales pipeline organized and on track.
Prepare simple reports using spreadsheets.
Who You Are
CRM Pro: Experienced with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You don’t let leads slip through the cracks.
Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn new tools and software.
Proactive: Able to manage tasks independently.
Excellent Communicator: Strong English (written & spoken).
Nice to Have
Background in technology, SaaS, or telecom.
Experience in BDR, lead generation, or appointment setting.
Familiarity with VoIP systems or basic web tools.
