This role focuses on identifying and engaging prospective institutional and professional members to increase adoption of our medical education platform. It is not an administrative or virtual assistant position. The ideal candidate has experience in business development, healthcare outreach, or professional education environments and is comfortable working independently in a growth-focused role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Identification & Research – Identify academic departments, training programs, hospitals, and professional organizations that may benefit from platfor
Strategic Outreach – Initiate and manage outreach to prospective members via
Pipeline Development – Qualify and organize leads to support structured membership expansion efforts.
CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of outreach, engagement activity, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Market & Institutional Research – Analyze institutional structures, decision-makers, and educational needs to inform outreach strategy.
Collaboration with Leadership – Work closely with internal stakeholders to refine outreach messaging and growth strategy.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business development, lead generation, institutional outreach, or related growth-focused roles.
Familiarity with healthcare, medical education, academic institutions, or digital education platforms strongly preferred.
Ability to independently research organizations and identify appropriate contacts and stakeholders.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track outreach and engagement.
Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven environment.
Role Details
Part-time (approximately 4 hours per day).
