We're a Tampa-based painting and drywall company expanding our B2B client base. We need someone to help us build relationships with general contractors, restoration companies, and remodeling firms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Make 50-80 outbound calls daily to construction companies in Tampa and surrounding areas
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers
- Track all interactions in HubSpot CRM
- Test and refine messaging based on what's working
- Follow up consistently with prospects
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong phone communication skills (you'll be calling US business owners)
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Self-starter who can problem-solve without constant direction
- Resilient — rejection is part of the job
- Available to work 9am-5pm EST
THIS ROLE INCLUDES:
- Daily check-ins with leadership to align on strategy
- Collaborative work style (not a "work in silence" role)
- 60-day trial period to ensure mutual fit
COMPENSATION:
- $2,500/month base + performance-based commission
- Realistic total earnings: $5-9K/month once ramped
