We are seeking a Business Development Administrator to support the New Business/Business Development team.
Key responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the New Business/Business Development team
• Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot) with new opportunities, deals, tasks contacts and activity records
• Prepare sales documentation including proposals, presentations, contracts and onboarding paperwork
• Action document templates and pricing schedules
• Coordinate internal approvals and ensure documentation is accurate and complete
Pipeline & Reporting Support
• Track new business opportunities and maintain accurate pipeline records
• Support the team with data analysis and reporting for forecasting and planning
• Ensure data quality within CRM and other sales systems
Coordination & Internal Communication
• Schedule meetings, internal briefings and pipeline review sessions
• Coordinate information between sales, finance, operations and other internal teams
• Assist with the preparation of tender submissions and new business proposals
• Support onboarding administration for newly won clients
Process & Organisation
• Maintain organised records of proposals, contracts and sales documentation
• Help develop and improve internal processes for managing new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and approval processes
What we’re looking for
• Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Able to work effectively independently, as well as part of a team
• IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Experience in business development or sales environment (desirable)
• Knowledge of tendering or bid processes (desirable)
