About the role:
We are looking for a Business Data Analyst who will be responsible for improving existing processes, developing business strategies, building predictive models, performing data analysis, and identifying existing gaps while providing solutions. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to better understand business performance.
Responsibilities:
Analyze the business, document the organizational processes, evaluate the business models, and propose new technological changes.
Responsible for carrying out complex dataset analysis and data validation.
In charge of collecting and cleaning datasets from various data sources, identifying critical insights and creating the framework for the organization’s data system.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Develop and maintain process flows, detailed functional specifications, business requirements documentation, user stories, and use cases.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights.
Assist in user acceptance testing and ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
Create and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools to track data.
Create predictive models.
Maintain data frameworks
Identify business challenges and initiate process improvement
What we’re looking for:
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience with gathering requirements and identifying business needs, as well as knowledge of how systems are built, data is managed and used to create a functional design across applications
Experience in project management.
Ability to identify and work with specific data that will be decisive in strategic business management.
Mathematical and statistical skills.
Skills with presentation platforms, data management in spreadsheets and report creation.
Documentation ability that is logical, concise, and clear.
Ability to write queries or data transformation scripts using SQL and Python
