We’re looking for a Marketing Research & Marketing Analyst (Virtual Assistant) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves research, data, and strategy — and wants to make a real impact in a fast-moving consulting environment.

Responsibilities

- Conduct market and competitor research in the automation, SaaS, and digital transformation industries.
- Analyze competitor pricing, marketing campaigns, and service positioning.
- Prepare market research reports and summaries for the leadership team.
- Identify new opportunities, trends, and potential clients through data analysis.
- Support the marketing team with insights that guide campaigns and strategy.
- Maintain a database of competitor profiles and market updates.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst, Market Research VA, or Competitive Analysis Assistant.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Experience using tools like SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Google Trends, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience

- Background in B2B, SaaS, or consulting industries.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based or international marketing teams.
- Familiarity with automation platforms, CRMs, or no-code tools.
