We are seeking one or two experienced Business Analysts with strong SAP ERP and data analytics capability to support ERP-driven business insights and operational optimisation initiatives.
The role will bridge ERP data (SAP – Materials Management) with advanced analytical modelling to deliver structured, insight-driven reporting and recommendations.
This is not a purely reporting role — candidates must be capable of querying, transforming, modelling, and interpreting data to inform business decisions.
SAP ERP – Materials Management (MM)
• Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP
• Specific experience within Materials Management (MM) module
• Understanding of:
• Procurement lifecycle
• Inventory management
• Purchase orders
• Goods receipt / goods issue
• Vendor master data
• Material master structures
• Ability to extract and reconcile ERP transactional data
Advanced Data & Analytics Capability
Excel (Advanced Level Required)
• Complex formulas
• Pivot tables
• Power Query (data transformation)
• Data cleansing & reconciliation
• Scenario modelling
Power BI
• Data modelling
• Relationship building
• DAX measures
• Dashboard creation
• KPI visualisation
• Interactive reporting
SQL (Mandatory)
• Writing queries
• Joins (inner, left, etc.)
• Grouping & aggregations

Modelling & Insight Capability
Candidates must demonstrate ability to:
• Interpret large data sets
• Identify trends and anomalies
• Translate ERP data into operational insights
• Build structured analytical models
• Present findings clearly (dashboard or executive summary format)
• Support data-driven decision-making
This role requires analytical thinking, not just reporting extraction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3–7+ years’ experience as Business Analyst / Data Analyst
• Experience working in ERP-heavy environments
• Strong commercial awareness
• Comfortable engaging with finance, supply chain, operations
• High attention to detail
• Structured, logical thinker
