We are an Australian automotive aftermarket company specialising in premium window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and detailing services. We operate a busy workshop and service dealership contracts and other professional detailers.
We are growing quickly and are looking for a long-term tea
This role starts part-time but will increase to full-time as the business expands.

* Role Overview
This role combines:
- Social Media Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Content Creation
- General Business Administration
- Light Bookkeeping
You will work directly with the business owner and become a key part of daily operations.
* Main Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Create and schedule posts
- Write engaging captions and promotional content
- Edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok style content)
- Create simple graphics using Canva
- Build and manage content calendars
- Reply to social media enquiries quickly
- Monitor engagement and suggest growth ideas
- Assist with paid ads (if experienced)
Business Administration
- Manage
- Follow up leads quickly
- Organise bookings and job records
- Maintain digital filing systems
- Assist with CRM management
- General admin support
Bookkeeping (Light)
- Record income and expenses
- Reconcile transactions
- Assist with reports for accountant
- Experience with Xero is highly preferred but not required (we can train the right person)
* Required Skills
- Strong English (written and spoken)
- Proven admin experience
- Strong social media and content creation experience
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
- Canva experience
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Must be responsive within 15–30 minutes during working hours
* Preferred (But Not Required)
- Understanding of Xero
- Experience working with Australian clients
- Automotive or detailing industry knowledge
- Paid ads experience
- CRM experience
