JOB OVERVIEW

One Janitorial is looking for a BCO Filler to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, coordination, and light sales, helping match cleaning contracts with the right service partners.

Role Overview

As a BCO Filler, your main responsibility is to connect with pre-qualified cleaners (Alliancees) and assign them to available cleaning contracts. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring every building is filled quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

° Make outbound calls to pre-qualified Alliancees daily
° Present available cleaning contracts clearly and confidently
° Match cleaners to buildings based on fit and availability
° Conduct quick confirmation calls (5-minute validation)
° Update tickets and track progress in the system
° Perform basic negotiation on contract rates (within guidelines)
° Ensure all required fields and updates are completed accurately
° Follow structured daily processes and assignments

Daily Workflow

° Review assigned BCO tickets
° Identify available contracts
° Gather contract details (location, pricing, schedule, etc.)
° Contact and confirm Alliancees
° Update ticket progress and key information

Ideal Candidate Profile:

° Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
° Strong communication and persuasion skills
° Basic negotiation ability
° Highly organized and process-driven
° Detail-oriented and able to follow structured workflows
° Experience in sales, recruitment, or coordination is a plus
