Architect the Platform That Runs a 200+ Client Agency
We're a digital marketing agency serving home services companies across the country. We're building a comprehensive operations portal — a platform of interconnected tools that powers everything from Google Ads management to client onboarding to field sales.

This is a senior architecture role with a twist: your primary execution engine is Antigravity, our advanced AI coding agent. You design the systems, define the workflows, and orchestrate AI to build at a pace that traditional development can't touch.

But the work isn't abstract. Every module you architect gets put in front of real marketers, account managers, and sales reps — people who will stress-test your decisions daily. You'll work directly with these domain experts to understand their workflows, then design and build the tools that transform how they operate.

What You'll Actually Do
Design systems with real users in the room. Our Google Ads team, account managers, and ops leads are your stakeholders. You'll architect tools around their actual workflows — not assumptions.

Own platform architecture. Define how portal modules connect, how data flows between tools, and how the platform scales as the team and client base grow.

Orchestrate AI at scale. Design multi-agent workflows where specialized agents handle different aspects of complex feature sets. Architect sub-agents for data migrations, QA, browser automation, and domain-specific tasks.

Set the quality bar. Implement systematic verification — TDD, automated QA, code review protocols — that lets the team ship fast without breaking things.

Mentor the process. Continuously refine how the team interacts with AI tools to find the multiplier that maximizes output across the entire development workflow.

Projects You'll Shape
Ops Portal — The central Next.js platform housing every tool our agency runs on. Google Ads dashboards, reporting tools, client workflows, data migration utilities — you'll define the architecture that ties it all together.
My Leads App — A mobile-first sales tool (Expo + Supabase) our field team relies on daily.
ProductSync — Our emerging data synchronization engine connecting client systems with marketing platforms.

Our Tech Stack
Frameworks: Next.js (Web), Expo / React Native (Mobile)
Language: TypeScript (strict)
Backend: Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Edge Functions)
Styling: Tailwind CSS / NativeWind
AI Tools: LLMs, multi-agent systems, coding agents, and modern AI-orchestrated development workflows

Who You Are
Systems thinker. You see the connections between modules, data flows, and user workflows. You can break a complex platform into well-bounded domains that are independently buildable.
Pragmatic architect. You design for what the team needs now while leaving room for what's coming. Over-engineering bores you; under-engineering keeps you up at night.
AI-native. You don't just use AI tools — you think about how to deploy them strategically. You understand agent capabilities and limitations, and you design workflows that play to their strengths.

User-obsessed senior dev. Despite your seniority, you care deeply about whether the Google Ads manager actually finds the dashboard intuitive. Architecture serves users, not the other way around.

Why This Role
Immediate, visible impact. You're not building for a product launch 18 months out. Your architecture decisions show up in the tools people use this week.

AI-multiplied output. With Antigravity and sub-agents handling execution, you operate at a level of leverage that most senior devs only dream about.

Real ownership. You're not one architect among twenty. You're shaping the technical foundation of a platform that runs the entire agency.

How to Apply
Tell us about a system you architected that had to serve multiple user groups with different needs. We especially want to hear how you've used AI tools to accelerate complex development workflows.
