???? We're Hiring: Part-Time Business Development Representative (Remote – Philippines)

Antlantic Labs LLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team on a part-time, remote basis.

We work with businesses to provide AI Solutions, Website Development, UI/UX Design, Analytics & Growth, SEO, and other digital technology solutions.

???? What You'll Do
Identify and research potential B2B clients.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, social media, and other channels.
Reach out to business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
Introduce Antlantic Labs' services and understand client requirements.
Schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects.
Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
Help convert prospects into paying clients.
Maintain proper records of leads, outreach, and follow-ups.
???? Compensation

This is a performance-oriented opportunity with compensation based on the agreed engagement structure and successful client acquisition.

Selected candidates will receive details regarding the compensation and commission structure during the interview process.

? Who We're Looking For
Strong English communication skills.
Confident and professional communication.
Experience in sales, B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or cold outreach is preferred.
Comfortable communicating with international clients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Able to work independently in a remote environment.
Interest in AI, technology, and digital services is a plus.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset are also welcome to apply.
