The Opportunity

We are looking for a Brand & Social Media Content Manager who will take ownership of growing STIL State’s brand awareness across digital channels.

This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, content creation, digital marketing and building brands.

You will not just be posting content — you will help create our online presence and develop strategies that increase followers, engagement, website traffic and sales.

For the right person, this role has the opportunity to grow into a full-time position with increased responsibility, higher compensation and a long-term career opportunity within the business.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

* Manage and grow STIL State’s social media presence across:
* Instagram
* TikTok
* Facebook
* Pinterest

* Create and manage a monthly content calendar.
* Schedule and publish engaging content consistently.
* Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth.
* Engage with followers and help build an online wellness community.

Content Creation

* Create high-quality Instagram Reels, TikToks and short-form videos.
* Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar.
* Create premium branded graphics and social media assets.
* Develop creative concepts for product videos and campaigns.
* Repurpose content across multiple platforms.
* Create AI-generated lifestyle imagery and creative assets where appropriate.

Brand Growth & Awareness

* Develop ideas to increase STIL State brand awareness.
* Research competitor brands and identify opportunities.
* Suggest creative campaigns, collaborations and content ideas.
* Help position STIL State as a premium global wellness brand.

Meta Advertising

* Create and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
* Develop Meta ad creatives including:
* Video ads
* Static ads
* Product-focused campaigns
* Brand awareness campaigns
* Test different creatives and messaging.
* Monitor performance and suggest improvements.

* Creative and passionate about social media.
* Interested in wellness, health, lifestyle and premium brands.
* Proactive and able to bring new ideas.
* Comfortable working independently.
* Excited by the opportunity to build something from the beginning.

You should have experience with:

* Instagram and TikTok content creation.
* Canva.
* CapCut or video editing software.
* Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager.
* ChatGPT and AI creative tools.
* Ecommerce brands/Shopify
