Brand Partnerships + CRM Manager – Creator-Side Brand Outreach | MrYouWho

Pay: $5–$8 USD/hour depending on experience, with room to grow for strong performers
Hours: 30–38 hrs/week
Location: Remote – Philippines

About the role

We’re hiring a Brand Partnerships + CRM Manager to handle outbound brand outreach from the creator side for MrYouWho.

This is not a brand-side influencer coordination role.

You will be representing a YouTube-led creator media network and helping us generate paid brand opportunities by researching relevant companies, sending outbound emails, following up consistently, managing replies, and building and maintaining a clean CRM pipeline that keeps deals moving.

This role suits someone who understands how to pitch from the creator / influencer / media side, and who has real experience using a CRM properly, not someone who has only coordinated influencer campaigns from the brand side.

What you’ll be doing

• Research and add relevant brand leads daily across tech, audio, lifestyle, Amazon, and creator-fit categories
• Send outbound outreach emails daily using our templates with smart personalisation
• Run follow-ups consistently so warm leads do not go cold
• Manage inbound replies and help move conversations toward next steps
• Build, manage, and maintain the CRM pipeline, including stages, reminders, tasks, notes, lead status, and reporting
• Track opportunities across YouTube, Shorts, social, Amazon, and broader creator campaigns
• Provide a weekly report covering leads added, outreach sent, replies, positive responses, meetings progressed, and blockers

What this role is not

• Not a generic VA role
• Not passive admin support only
• Not brand-side influencer sourcing or gifting coordination
• Not just logging emails and waiting for replies

What we need

• Real experience with outbound brand outreach from the creator, influencer, media, or partnership side
• Real experience building, managing, and maintaining a CRM pipeline
• Strong written English that is clear, professional, and commercially sharp
• Excellent follow-up discipline
• Confidence handling outreach, replies, and day-to-day deal movement by email
• Strong organisational habits with no missed reminders or sloppy pipeline management

Strongly preferred

• Experience pitching creator deliverables such as YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, TikTok, Amazon videos, or multi-platform campaigns
• Experience with Zoho CRM or similar systems
• Experience helping move leads toward paid collaborations, not just campaign coordination
• Comfortable working with outreach volume while keeping quality and detail high
