Role Title: Brand Manager & Lead Generation Specialist

Overview:
Grove London is seeking a proactive and commercially driven Brand Manager to lead brand partnerships, drive lead generation, and manage relationships with key clients. This role is central to the agency’s growth, requiring a strong balance of strategic outreach, relationship management, and CRM expertise to ensure consistent deal flow for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Sourcing & Lead Generation:
Identify, research, and onboard new brand partners aligned with Grove London’s services and client roster. Build a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads to support revenue growth.
Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with brands. Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment on campaign objectives and expectations.
Sales Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to convert sourced leads into active deals. Ensure smooth handover processes and provide insights that help close partnerships effectively.
CRM Management & Optimization:
Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records of all brand interactions. Continuously improve workflows, automations, and reporting to increase efficiency and visibility across the team.

Create and execute high-performing
Client Communication:
Conduct professional meetings with brands via Zoom and other platforms. Present partnership opportunities, negotiate terms, and maintain a high standard of communication at all times.
Campaign Alignment & Growth:
Ensure brands are aligned with Grove London’s campaign strategies and talent offerings. Identify upsell opportunities and ways to expand partnerships over time.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in brand management, partnerships, or lead generation within a marketing or influencer agency
Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce,
Demonstrated ability in
Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in client-facing environments (Zoom calls, pitches, etc.)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brand relationships simultaneously
Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and deal creation
Experience working closely with sales teams and pipelines
