Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Manager to take ownership of one or more consumer brands under Samasu Brands, starting with an established e-commerce haircare brand and expanding into additional product lines.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and scaling brands, managing day-to-day operations, and working closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams. You will act as the mini-CEO of your brands, responsible for performance, execution, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall brand strategy, positioning, and roadmap
- Manage product lifecycle: launches, improvements, pricing, and promotions
- Oversee daily brand operations including inventory planning and fulfilment coordination
- Work closely with performance marketing to drive growth and profitability
- Coordinate with creative teams on content, ads, and brand assets
- Monitor and report on key KPIs (revenue, CAC, LTV, retention, margins)
- Manage budgets and contribute to P&L decision-making
- Support expansion into new markets (UK, EU, US)

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in brand management, e-commerce, or consumer products
- Strong understanding of DTC e-commerce (Shopify preferred)
- Experience working with paid ads teams and creative teams
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer brands is a strong plus
