BRAND & LOGO DESIGNER WANTED - ONGOING CONTRACTOR ROLE
WQ Creative is an Australian brand and website design studio. We work with businesses to build strategic, cohesive brands and we're looking for a talented graphic designer based in the Philippines to join us as an ongoing contractor to take on logo and brand identity work.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll be the designer behind brand identity packages for our clients - logos, submarks, colour systems, typography selections, brand guidelines, and supporting collateral. Work comes in regularly, and we need someone who can hit the brief and deliver polished, professional results.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• A designer who lives and breathes brand identity - not just pretty logos, but thoughtful, strategic brand systems
• Strong understanding of brand hierarchy, visual language, and how a brand works across touchpoints
• Comfortable working to a creative brief and collaborating with a strategist
• Reliable turnaround times and clean file delivery
• Professional with client-quality output, every time
NON-NEGOTIABLES
• You must work in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Affinity Designer/Publisher - no Canva, no shortcuts
• A portfolio of real brand identity work is required to be considered - logos alone aren't enough, we want to see full brand systems
• You must be able to receive a brief and work with minimal hand-holding
• No AI-generated logos. We're a design studio and our work needs to be craft-led
THE ROLE
• Type: Ongoing contractor / freelance
• Volume: Project-based, regular flow of work
• Location: Philippines-based applicants only
• Communication: English required
