Yugen Agency is a creative transformation design agency that works exclusively with climate-led and purpose-driven startups. We help visionary founders build impactful brands, compelling pitch decks, and user-friendly digital experiences that drive meaningful change.

We’re looking for a talented Brand Designer to join our team and support our growing portfolio of climate and purpose-driven startups. If you're passionate about branding, UX design, and compelling visual storytelling, we’d love to hear from you.

Expertise we're looking for: (Your experience should fit one or many)

- Branding & Visual Identity: Develop logos, typography, colour schemes, and brand assets that align with our clients' missions.
- UX/UI Design: Support in creating wireframes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile experiences in Figma.
- Pitch Decks & Presentations: Design investor-ready pitch decks that are clear, compelling, and visually engaging.
- Graphic Design: Produce creative assets for websites, social media, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.

You should be able to demonstrate:

- Proven experience in branding, UX/UI design, and/or graphic design (must have a strong portfolio).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- A keen eye for design with a strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling.
- Experience working with startups or purpose-driven brands is a plus
- Ability to take strategic direction and translate briefs into polished, high-quality design work.
- Strong communication skills – able to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting ( ---------- or Slack)
- Motion design experience is a bonus but not required.
