JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing transportation company in Germany specializing in mobility services for people with disabilities.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Brand & Design Assistant to ensure visual consistency across all our materials.

Your role is not to create random designs, but to maintain a clean, professional, and consistent brand across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

Ensure consistent design across flyers, vehicle wraps, clothing, and digital materials
Coordinate with freelancers (e.g. vehicle wrap designers, website developers)
Create simple design assets using Canva or similar tools
Organize and maintain brand assets (logos, colors, templates)
Improve existing materials to look more modern and professional
Assist with visual direction for new projects

Requirements:

Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency
Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools (at least one required)
Good eye for clean, modern, and professional design
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and organizational skills

You will be asked to complete a short test task to evaluate your design sense and attention to detail.

This is a project-based role focused on building and organizing a strong and consistent brand identity.

After the initial setup, there may be opportunities for ongoing collaboration on future updates and new materials.
