We broker and manage brand partnerships on behalf of our creators — handling negotiations, deal structure, and execution so our talent can focus on making content. This role sits right at the center of that work.
We're looking for someone to own the execution side of our brand deals from close to delivery. You'll be the bridge between our brand clients and our talent — making sure creators are briefed, concepts get executed correctly, timelines are hit, and every deal lands cleanly.
From day one you'll be in direct contact with brands and talent on real, active campaigns. This is a coordination and accountability role, not a creative or strategy role. If you get satisfaction from making sure nothing falls through the cracks — and you want to learn the influencer business from the inside — this is the right seat.

HOW A DEAL MOVES THROUGH YOU
Receive & review the concept — Review deal terms and the creative brief. Make sure deliverables, usage rights, and deadlines are airtight before anything moves to the creator.
Brief the creator — Deliver the brief, confirm they understand expectations, and answer questions. You're the primary point of contact between the brand and talent during production.
Manage production & approvals — Track submissions, run the brand review process, and coordinate any revision requests or reshoots until the concept is signed off.
Confirm go-live — Verify content posted on schedule and all deliverable requirements were met.
Close it out — Alert accounting to send the invoice. Flag the completed deal to your manager so they can go after the next one.
