Brand & Creative Lead
(Wellness, Aesthetics & Premium Health)
We’re not looking for a social media manager.
We’re building a premium healthcare and aesthetics brand that sits at the intersection of wellness, cosmetics, and preventative medicine, and we’re looking for someone who can bring that to life visually, emotionally, and commercially.
This is about how the brand feels, not just how it performs. If you think in campaigns, visuals, and storytelling — not just posts, this will feel like home.
About the Role:
You will lead how Dripclub shows up across:
-Social media
-Website
-Campaigns
Brand touchpoints:
Including contributing to our premium brand magazine, where storytelling, education, and visual identity come together in a more elevated, editorial format.
You will take what we do — IV therapy, aesthetics, cosmetics, and precision health — and turn it into something people:

-trust
-talk about
What You’ll Own:
1. Visual Direction
-Define and maintain a premium visual identity
-Use our real imagery (not stock) to create a consistent, elevated look
- Ensure every touchpoint feels considered, cohesive, and on-brand
2. Content Creation
-Social content (Instagram / LinkedIn)
-Campaign visuals and launches
-Website imagery and layout direction
-Editorial-style content for our premium magazine
-Brand storytelling across all channels
3. Brand Elevation:
You’ll help transform how the category is perceived
From:
-clinical
-transactional
To:
-aspirational
-lifestyle-led
-trusted
-authoritative
4. Creative Strategy:
-Develop campaign concepts (not just execution)
-Create hooks, angles, and narratives
-Bring ideas that make people stop, feel, and engage
You’ll Work Alongside:
-A strong marketing & automation lead (funnels, GHL, systems)
-Founder-led vision and direction
-A business scaling nationally
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in:
-wellness
-aesthetics / beauty
- lifestyle brands
Ability to:

Website design experience (highly desirable)
Someone who understands:
-taste
-aesthetic
-restraint
-premium positioning
Experience working within regulated or compliant industries (e.g. healthcare or cosmetics) is advantageous, but not essential.
What This Role Is Not:
-Not a VA role
-Not a “post 3 times a week” role
-Not template-driven content

Hours & Engagement:
