Your Position Overview
Aquatics Today is seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Strategist to help build and
optimize our digital presence. This role is critical for managing our website development, crafting
compelling marketing campaigns, and supporting high-impact initiatives such as the 100-book
mailer campaign, virtual summits, and membership growth. The ideal candidate will work
closely with the Managing Director and tea
engagement, enrollment, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
-Website Development & Optimization
-Collaborate with the Managing Director and external developers to finalize and launch the new Aquatics Today website.
-Oversee content organization and ensure all web pages align with Aquatics Today’s
brand voice, mission, and goals.
-Optimize website content for user experience, clarity, and SEO.
-Content Creation & Strategy
-Develop compelling content for marketing campaigns,
-Assist with branding and promotional materials for virtual summits, including banners, event pages, and post-summit packaging (e.g., video recordings and descriptions).
-Draft follow-up
-Summit & Membership Platform Support
-Coordinate with the team to produce and package summit recordings for Aquatics
Today’s membership platform.
-Develop branded cover images and descriptions for summit content.
-Create promotional content and marketing plans for the 2026 Aquatics Summit and
membership platform.
-Marketing Campaign Execution
-Collaborate with the Managing Director and team to execute Q1 campaigns, such as
driving Accelerator enrollments and growing the membership community.
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure goals are met (e.g., conversion rates,
Qualifications

Experience:

2+ years in content strategy, marketing, or a related field.
?
Proven experience in website content development and optimization.
?
Familiarity with managing
platforms.
Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle
multiple priorities.

Proficiency with website CMS tools (e.g., WordPress),
(e.g., Mailchimp), and design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).

Basic understanding of SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
