The problem
A small, careful group of people are making one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and they make it almost entirely on trust built through text:
What's missing is the layer above it: someone who takes a private individual with real credibility and makes him the obvious, memorable, trusted choice in a skeptical community, without a hint of salesmanship, because salesmanship is exactly what this audience has learned to distrust.
The full context is personal and shared on a first call, then under NDA. It's legal and ethical. It's also sensitive, so if that's not for you, no hard feelings.
What the job actually is
Positioning first: find the one thing that makes me the safe choice and build everything around it. Then the whole surface: a one-page site, a document packet people forward to their partner and their lawyer, photo direction, and post and message copy tuned to how each community reads, screenshots, and compares notes. Then the machine: where to show up, how often, how to respond so that reply rate stays high and the spam filter stays quiet, and a playbook clear enough that the person already running the day-to-day can execute it without you in the loop. You'd own the brand and the strategy; the execution stays with the person who already handles it, and part of your job is making her more effective, not doing her work. To be clear, this is an addition, not a replacement: I'm building this role around the people I already have. Think of it as consulting with real ownership: your judgment, their hands, my time when you need it.
Who I'm looking for
Someone who has done this before for a person, not a product: a consultant, a physician, a founder, a candidate, anyone whose whole business was being trusted by strangers online. You write with precision and restraint; you know that in a high-stakes decision, one overclaiming sentence undoes ten honest ones. You have a feel for community dynamics that can't be faked, and you're the sort of person who'd rather cut a paragraph than add one. Discretion is non-negotiable.
I don't care about your follower count, your agency, or your certifications. I care whether you can look at what I have and see what it should become.
The filter
Don't send a proposal. Send one paragraph answering this: a person is choosing between two strangers for something irreversible. Both are qualified. One writes beautifully; the other shares every document up front. Who wins, and what does the winner's first message look like? Under 150 words. Start with the word "baseline." If your answer is good, I'll book a call, we'll sign an NDA, and I'll pay you for a one-page critique of my current profile. That critique is the interview.
Version 2: OnlineJobs.ph
Title: Brand Consultant for a Private Individual – Senior, Part-Time, Long-Term, Top-of-Market Pay
Job type: Part-time, [20] hrs/week, long-term Salary: [$X–Y USD/month]. This is deliberately above the going rate because I'm hiring for judgment, not hours. Paid [bi-weekly/monthly] via [Wise/PayPal/EasyPay]. 13th-month pay, paid PH holidays, review at 3 months. Hours: Flexible; ~2 hours/day overlap with North American Eastern Time. Start: As soon as I find the right person. I'd rather wait than settle.
The problem
I'm a founder with a private, non-commercial personal project in the family-building space. It involves a small number of careful people making an important, irreversible decision, and they make it almost entirely on trust built through text:
The people they compare me against fall into two groups: slick and untrustworthy, or trustworthy and invisible. I'm the second. I have the substance (a long, candid profile, documented evidence, a track record, references) and the operational side is in good hands: inquiries get answered, documents go out, follow-ups happen on time. That part works, the person running it is staying, and I'm not looking to change any of it. It's what frees this role to be purely about the brand. What's missing is the layer above it: someone who makes a private individual with real credibility the obvious, memorable, trusted choice in a skeptical community, without any salesmanship, because salesmanship is what this audience has learned to distrust.
Full details are shared on a first call and then under NDA. It's legal and ethical. It's also sensitive and health-adjacent, so please only apply if you're comfortable with that and can keep everything strictly confidential.
What you'd own
The brand, and the standard everything else is held to. Positioning first: find the one thing that makes me the safe choice and build around it. Then the surface: a one-page site, a document packet people forward to a partner or a lawyer, photo direction, and post and message copy tuned to how each community reads and compares notes. Then the machine: where to show up, how often, how to respond so reply rates stay high and spam filters stay quiet, and a playbook clear enough that the person already running the day-to-day can execute it without you in the loop. You'd set the direction and tell me what's working in a short weekly note; the routine stays with the person who already does it well, and part of your job is making her more effective, not doing her work.
To be clear, this is an addition, not a replacement: I'm building this role around the people I already have. This is not a VA role with a task list. It's consulting with real ownership: your judgment on the brand, existing hands on the execution, and my time when you need it. You d
