JOB OVERVIEW

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations, performance, and profitability of the assigned restaurant branch. The role ensures excellent customer service, proper staff management, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards and policies.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch.
* Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
* Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and work performance.
* Assign tasks and schedules to employees based on operational needs.
* Lead, coach, train, and motivate branch employees.
* Ensure excellent customer service and properly handle customer concerns and complaints.
* Monitor food quality, preparation, presentation, and portion control.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, comfort rooms, storage areas, and overall branch.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and handling of products.
* Minimize food waste, product spoilage, and operational losses.
* Monitor daily sales, expenses, cash handling, and other branch financial transactions.
* Ensure accurate cash count, deposits, and proper handling of cash and payment transactions.
* Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and branch premises.
* Immediately report equipment breakdowns, maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and other operational issues.
* Ensure all company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed.
* Prepare and submit required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Monitor branch sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
* Address employee concerns and maintain discipline and professionalism within the team.
* Coordinate with the Operations, HR, Purchasing, Accounting, and other departments when necessary.
* Ensure adequate staffing during peak hours and special occasions.
* Conduct regular team meetings and communicate company updates and instructions.
* Maintain a professional and respectful working environment.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
