JOB OVERVIEW

Hello Team Spirit is looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to research independent boutiques throughout the United States and introduce them to our wholesale apparel collection.

This is not a general data-entry position. You must be able to determine whether a boutique is a good fit before contacting it.

Responsibilities

Find independent women’s clothing boutiques
Review each boutique’s website and social media
Confirm that they carry products from outside wholesale brands
Avoid boutiques that primarily design or print their own apparel
Find and verify the boutique owner or buyer’s email address
Record research and outreach activity in Airtable
Set up and manage email campaigns in Smartlead
Personalize introductory emails with products relevant to their area from Hello Team Spirits Products
Manage follow-ups and categorize responses
Direct interested boutiques to our Faire wholesale shop
Provide a weekly progress report

Required Experience

Airtable
Smartlead
Boutique or retail lead research
Cold email outreach

Email verification
Finding business owners and buyers
Strong written English
Careful research and accurate data entry

You must already understand Airtable and Smartlead. I am not experienced with these platforms, so I need someone who can help set up, organize, and manage the system with minimal direction.

Experience with Faire, Vibe Prospecting, Instantly, Google Maps, or Instagram research is a plus.

The selected applicant will begin with a paid test researching 25 boutiques. This may become an ongoing position if the research is accurate and the outreach is well managed.
