About Us:
We are a growing Amazon private label agency dedicated to supporting the brands we work with by providing comprehensive financial management and analysis. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper/accountant to join our team and help us maintain accurate financial records, perform reconciliations, and analyze profit and loss by product.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, including credit cards and banking statements.
Analyze profit and loss for the overall business and by individual product.
Track and report financial data accurately and clearly.
Pull in costs from various sources and ensure all financial data is up-to-date.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accountant, preferably in an e-commerce or Amazon-related role.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Google Sheets/Excel.
Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and profit analysis.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial data clearly.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
