As our Bookkeeper, you'll play an important role in helping our business remain organized, financially healthy, and prepared for continued growth.

Position Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must:

Be available to work U.S. Pacific Time business hours
Be comfortable remaining on camera during working hours for collaboration and tea ---------- etings
Have a quiet, professional home office free from distractions
Have a reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection
Be highly proficient in QuickBooks Online
Be willing to sign a Confidentiality Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Be dependable, responsive, and available throughout your scheduled shift

Your Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Assist with payroll tracking and related bookkeeping tasks
Log and Automate Consultants Commissions accurately
Prepare Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports
Record and categorize financial transactions accurately
Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Support tax preparation and work with outside accountants as needed
Keep financial records organized and audit-ready
Communicate regularly with our U.S.-based leadership team
Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
A solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Excellent reconciliation skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Excellent written and spoken English
The ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
A high level of integrity when handling confidential financial information

A degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related field is preferred but not required if you have strong professional experience.
