JOB OVERVIEW

You will be a part of a property management team but will be playing a critical role. Your role will involve the following tasks:
Reconciling bank account daily transactions on the property management software
Responding to tenant queries/maintenance issues via the portal
Ensuring check in and check out processes are completed and utility companies notified
Liasing with utility companies and negotiating contracts for the bills we pay
Commerical rent calls and residential rent calls monthly are scheduled correctly and reconciled
Scanned docs are saved on the drive and labelled correctly
Liaise with the team on any issues and communicate effectively
