JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time | Remote | Graveyard Shift (EDT)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist to support a fast-moving U.S. business. This is a long-term role for someone who is strong with numbers, highly organized, and comfortable working overnight PH hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-Manage bookkeeping and financial records
-Process Payroll
-Assist with tax-related and finance support work
-Handle bank correspondence and transaction support
-Track rent payments and maintain accurate records
-Help with reconciliations, reporting, and related finance tasks
-Assist with admin work when needed

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
-CPA preferred
-Bookkeeping/accounting experience
-Strong in QuickBooks and Google Sheets
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Highly accurate, organized, and responsive
-Comfortable with graveyard shift aligned with EDT
-Stable internet, reliable computer, and at least 2 screens

PAY:
$400–$800/month, depending on experience and skill
