Hiring: Remote Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:
Weekly bank and credit card reconciliations
Balance Sheet reconciliations
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Prepare and post month-end journal entries
Financial review
Communicate clearly and reliably with internal tea ---------- mbers and clients
Assist with cash flow tracking
Ad hoc projects

Must-Haves
3+ years of US client accounting experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) - non-negotiable
Excellent written and spoken English
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently

Nice-to-Haves:
Xero
Karbon
If you're a quick learner, we'll train you - attitude and reliability matter most!

Work Schedule
40 hours/week
Must be available from 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM CST (Central Standard Time)
Remaining hours are flexible - we care about results, not clock-punching

Compensation:
$6-$8 USD/hour, depending on experience
Room to grow your rate and responsibilities over time

Location:
Remote - open to applicants based in the Philippines only
