NOW HIRING: Part-Time Bookkeeper – QuickBooks Online

Remote – Philippines | 8:30 AM–12:30 PM Pacific Time

US Power Solar, a growing Los Angeles-based solar and roofing company, is looking for an experienced and dependable Bookkeeper to join our remote team.

This is a stable, long-term position with the opportunity for increased hours and career growth. We need someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and keeps financial records accurate, organized, and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Track payroll transactions and consultant commissions
Accurately record and categorize financial activity
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies
Assist with month-end and year-end closing
Prepare organized financial records for our CPA and tax reporting
Communicate regularly with our U.S.-based leadership team

Required Qualifications

Strong professional experience with QuickBooks Online
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related field
Relevant bookkeeping or accounting work experience
Strong knowledge of reconciliations and financial reporting
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and spoken English
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet deadlines
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting any of the following is a plus:

U.S.-based companies
Solar, roofing, construction, or home-service businesses
Payroll and commission tracking
CPA or tax preparation
Process improvement and workflow automation

Work Requirements

Available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM Pacific Time
Reliable high-speed internet and computer
Quiet, professional home workspace
Quality headset and working camera
Comfortable remaining on camera throughout the scheduled shift
Willing to sign a Confidentiality Agreement (NDA)
