JOB OVERVIEW

We have a tax and accounting practice as part of our law firm. This position is going to be responsible to categorize (weekly) and reconcile (monthly) transactions across multiple clients (expected up to 40 for part-time and up to 80 for Full time). This is not a training position - you must have education and skills to perform tasks. Exclusively using Quickbooks online. Working for US companies, primarily in construction space. Must work US hours.

Must have reliable internet and power (including backup sources).

Must have own computer (including backup).

Although role begins part-time, preference is given to someone willing to grow into a full-time position.
