JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Hiring: Experienced Bookkeeper (Remote | Full-Time | EST Hours)

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Bookkeeper who can confidently manage multiple client accounts, ensure financial accuracy, and work closely with our team.

What You’ll Do:
Manage daily bookkeeping for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online
Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts
Handle multi-state sales tax filings accurately and on time
Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Assist with payroll processing in ADP (including time entry)
Prepare financial statements and reports
Month-end and year-end close
Maintain organized and audit-ready records
Communicate clearly with team and management

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of bookkeeping experience with a U.S.-based company
Experience handling multiple clients (agency/firm experience preferred)
QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification
Strong experience with multi-state sales tax and payroll
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable presenting financials via recorded video
Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have (But Not Required):
Experience with automation or workflow tools
Familiarity with Double App (formerly Keeper)
Experience improving processes or building internal tools

Role Details:
Full-time, remote
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Work with an international team
Manage multiple client accounts
Exposure to specialized accounting tools and systems
