Book Launch Operations Manager (Fixed-Term Contract)

We are looking for a Book Launch Operations Manager to help execute a focused, time-boxed launch for a neuroscience self-help book and set up systems that can continue running after launch.

This is an execution and coordination role, not a strategy or creative role. All core assets and positioning are already complete.

Contract Details
• Start: Monday, Feb 16
• Duration: 4 weeks
• Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
• Compensation:
• ?20,000 PHP base, paid weekly (at ?5K / week)
• ?10,000 PHP completion bonus paid at end of contract upon successful delivery of agreed scope
• Total: ?30,000 PHP

What You’ll Be Doing
• Prepare and schedule launch-related social and digital content across major platforms.
• Coordinate and stage launch workflows so they can run with minimal live intervention.
• Support retail-side launch setup: basic Amazon listing QA, Author Central setup, light Amazon ads configuration.
• Set up review and testimonial collection workflows for early readers (platforms? and owned)
• Organize and run initial podcast outreach and prospecting campaigns related to the book.
• Support launch-week activity (posting, light engagement, coordination).
• Organize assets and documentation for clean handoff to ongoing content and marketing support.

What This Role Is NOT
• Not responsible for writing copy or creating any book content. (Book is in final edits this week - proof next week).
• Not a PR or influencer-management role
• Not responsible for sales outcomes or ad spend optimization

Who This IS For
• Someone comfortable executing checklists and workflows.
• Experience with book launches, publishing support, or digital marketing operations is a plus.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently during short launch windows.
