Looking for a skilled Blender user to learn FiveM weapon technical artist to convert and optimize pre-existing 3D weapon models for use in GTA V / FiveM.
This role focuses on conversion, rigging, exporting, and integration — not full weapon modeling from scratch. (this is a bonus if you can do it)
You will take supplied 3D assets and prepare them to be fully functional, optimized, and game-ready inside FiveM.
Per job pay will be discussed. example: $30.00 per project.

Convert existing weapon models into GTA V/FiveM-ready assets
Work primarily in Blender (3ds Max knowledge is a plus)
Properly prepare meshes, materials, and textures
Rig and align weapons to GTA V weapon bones when needed
Export and structure files for FiveM compatibility
Use OpenIV or similar tools for asset testing
Ensure correct scale, positioning, and animations in game
Optimize polycount and textures for performance

Strong Blender experience (weapon/game asset workflows)
Experience with GTA V / FiveM asset structure (or willing to learn)
Understanding of:
YDR / YDD / YFT formats
collision meshes
LODs
weapon alignment
Texture editing using Photoshop or equivalent
Ability to follow a technical asset pipeline

Previous FiveM or GTA V modding portfolio
Knowledge of CodeWalker or similar tools
Experience optimizing assets for multiplayer performance
Understanding of normal maps, roughness maps, and PBR materials
