Microsoft / Bing Ads Expert

Location: Philippines – Remote
Position: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) Expert to manage paid advertising campaigns for our digital marketing agency and our clients.

Bing Ads is the primary focus of this position.

We want someone who has significant hands-on experience building, managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Microsoft Ads campaigns — particularly for lead generation and local service businesses.

Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is valuable, but we’re specifically hiring someone who can become our Bing Ads specialist.

Microsoft / Bing Ads Experience – REQUIRED

You should have extensive hands-on experience with:

* Microsoft Advertising / Bing Ads
* Building campaigns from scratch
* Search campaigns
* Keyword research
* Match types
* Negative keyword management
* Search term optimization
* Campaign and ad group structure
* Ad copy and assets
* Geographic targeting
* Audience targeting
* Budget management
* Bidding strategies
* Conversion tracking
* UET tags
* Offline conversions
* Remarketing
* Microsoft Audience Network
* Google Ads campaign imports
* CPA and ROAS optimization
* Performance reporting
* Campaign troubleshooting

You should understand how to optimize Microsoft Ads independently, not simply import campaigns from Google Ads and leave them running.

Lead Generation Experience

Most of our clients are service-based businesses focused on generating leads, calls, appointments, and customers.

You should understand:

* Cost per lead
* Cost per acquisition
* Conversion rates
* Search intent
* Landing pages
* Call tracking
* Lead quality
* Geographic targeting
* Conversion attribution
* Offline conversion tracking

We want someone who understands that generating cheap leads isn’t enough — the leads need to turn into real business.

Google Ads & Meta Ads

Experience with these platforms is highly preferred:

* Google Search Ads
* Performance Max
* Google Display
* Meta/Facebook Ads
* Retargeting
* Google Analytics 4
* Google Tag Manager

However, Microsoft/Bing Ads expertise is the priority.

GoHighLevel Experience Is a Major Plus

Our agency operates heavily inside GoHighLevel (GHL).

Experience connecting paid advertising campaigns with GHL is extremely valuable, including:

* Lead attribution
* Conversion tracking
* Forms
* Pipelines
* Workflows
* Webhooks
* Offline conversion events
* CRM reporting

Excellent English Is REQUIRED

You will communicate regularly with our U.S.-based leadership and marketing team.

You must have:

* Excellent spoken English
* Excellent written English
* Strong comprehension
* Ability to clearly explain campaign performance
* Confidence communicating during team calls
