JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Specialist to join our team. If you have a strong background in billing and enjoy working with accuracy and structure, this role could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage billing, invoicing, and payment collections
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding balances
• Monitor and maintain records of overdue accounts
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in billing, invoicing, and collections
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
• Experience in the telecom (telco) industry is an advantage

Preferred Applicants: Candidates based in Visayas or Mindanao
