JOB OVERVIEW

Advantage Home Care Group is a Georgia-based home care company seeking a dependable, organized Virtual Assistant to support our caregivers, clients, and growing business. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, takes initiative, and follows through.

What you’ll do

Recruit caregivers, review applications, and conduct initial screening interviews.

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout onboarding.

Assist with caregiver scheduling and communicate availability or schedule changes.

Support English–Spanish communication and interpretation with clients and families.

Help manage our LinkedIn presence through professional posts, job listings, and candidate outreach.

Keep accurate records and protect confidential information.

What we’re looking for

Strong spoken and written English and Spanish.

Experience in recruiting, scheduling, healthcare administration, or virtual assistance.

Professional phone manner and confidence conducting video interviews.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.

Familiarity with LinkedIn and creating professional business content.

Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a backup connectivity plan.

Availability for an eight-hour workday with agreed-upon U.S. Eastern Time coverage.

Experience with U.S. home care agencies, caregiver recruitment, or WellSky is a plus.

Compensation

$5–$7 USD per hour, based on relevant experience and demonstrated skills.

Potential discretionary year-end holiday bonus equivalent to one month’s pay, subject to eligibility and company approval; not guaranteed.
