Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) – Insurance Support
We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to support US-based insurance agencies. Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is required.
Key Responsibilities
-Handling clerical and administrative tasks
-Assisting with policy quoting
-Managing billing and payment-related activities
-Providing exceptional customer service to clients
Qualifications:
-Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
-Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
-Fluency in Spanish
-Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-Previous customer service experience preferred
-Experience communicating directly with clients
