JOB OVERVIEW

We're a small team building slots / card-game products for Southeast Asia. We're hiring 1 full-time remote Recruiter to support the founder on hiring only — not a general HR role, and not shared with other duties.

What you'll do
- Post roles and source candidates (OnlineJobs.ph, local communities, LinkedIn, etc.) from our JDs
- Screen CVs, schedule interviews, track pipeline, keep a clean candidate sheet
- Write short interview notes, support offer/onboarding paperwork follow-up
- Keep the founder updated; you don't finalize pay or headcount decisions

Must-haves
- Malaysian Chinese preferred (based in Malaysia). We are not hiring candidates who are PRC nationals or primarily based in Mainland China at this time
- Strong Mandarin and English in both writing and speaking — you will draft bilingual JDs and talk to candidates in both languages
- This should be your main / only full-time job, with stable weekday availability (UTC+8)
- Prior remote recruiting or HR-assistant experience is a plus; comfortable with Google Docs / Sheets / email

Nice-to-haves
- Hired for games / internet / remote SEA roles before
- Familiar with OnlineJobs.ph and Malaysian job groups

Trial
14-day trial: run 1–2 open roles end-to-end (post → screen → schedule). We convert after that.
